Time zone indicators in column headers

You'll see a time zone indicator in the column headers of report tables. This tells you what time zone you're looking at.

Hover over the indicator to see your full time zone details and a link to your profile settings if you need to change it.

This applies across all report areas — behaviour, learning, phishing, nudges, and HRM events. Wherever there's a time, it's in your time zone.

Time zone-aware date filters

Date filters now respect your time zone too. When you filter for events on a specific day, the results reflect that day in your time zone — not in UTC.

For example, if you're in Sydney and filter for 6 December, you get events that happened on 6 December Sydney time.

Time format follows your language

Time formatting respects your locale setting. If your language is set to US English, you'll see 12-hour format. UK English gives you 24-hour. It follows your language preference automatically — no separate setting needed.

Frequently asked questions

  • What if two admins in different time zones look at the same report? Each admin sees times converted to their own time zone. The underlying data is the same — it's just displayed differently for each viewer.

  • Can I switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format? The format follows your language setting. Change your language to US English for 12-hour, or UK English for 24-hour. There isn't a separate format toggle.

  • Do CSV exports use my time zone? Yes. CSV exports reflect the time zone of the person downloading them.

  • The time zone indicator shows the wrong time zone. What do I do? Hover over the indicator and follow the link to your profile settings. Update your time zone there — the reports will reflect the change immediately.

  • Do learning reports use my time zone? Learning reports remain in UTC for now. All other report areas — behaviour, phishing, nudges, and HRM events — display in your time zone.
