The Learning reports are available now, with Phishing reports coming to all customers in August 2025. The new reports will replace the current reports at the end of August 2025, but you'll still have temporary access to legacy reports during the transition period.
We're rolling out significant improvements to our reporting suite. We have rebuilt our reporting infrastructure to support an exponential growth in data we’re capturing. The platform reports are being updated to address feedback, enhance performance, and make it easier to extract valuable insights about your HRM programs and workforce.
The first reports we’re updating are Learning and Phishing. Read more about the updates and the transition plan below.
Key improvements
Enhanced clarity and navigation
Consistent metrics: All the metrics you see are calculated using the same methods at the individual, group, and organization level. These are all based on the underlying event or completion data so you can easily validate.
Date range indicators: Clear visibility at the top of each report showing exactly what timeframe your data represents, eliminating confusion about the scope of the data you're viewing.
More filters: more filter options providing greater flexibility in analyzing your data.
Searchable filter: every filter dropdown is searchable so you can quickly find that campaign or module without scrolling through a long list.
Group breakdowns: Explore performance by team or department with enhanced group filtering and detailed group views.
Better data visualization
Multi-stat banners: Each report page displays key relevant metrics for the report section making it easy to compare different views and filtering options. Most stats cards will take you to a pre-filtered view of the data behind the metric when you click on them.
Tooltips throughout: Helpful explanations of metrics and charts make data interpretation easier.
New visualizations: New and consistent charts make patterns easier to identify at a glance.
More table rows: The old maximum of 100 rows is the new default. You can opt to display up to 1000 rows.
New detail pages: Click into any module, campaign, group, and user to see a detailed report page showing data, not previously available, to support deeper analysis.
Technical improvements
Dramatically improved performance: Reports load in seconds regardless of size of your organization.
CSV exports: All tables can be exported to CSV so you can further analyze or visualise the data to suit your specific needs.
Consistent patterns: All report pages follow a coherent design, making navigation intuitive between reports.
Learning specific improvements
Date filters: View historic learning data to quickly see the past state of learning and compare progress over time.
Focus on completion metrics: We've prioritized completion rates as primary indicators, making it easier to track your organization's learning progress.
Phishing specific improvements
People-based metrics: Phishing metrics now focus on people rather than emails, aligning with human risk management principles.
Enhanced activity log: A consolidated view of all phishing events, combining user actions and email delivery status in one place.
Why you should switch
The new reports offer several advantages over the previous versions:
Clearer insights: Enhanced visualizations and multi-stat cards help you quickly understand what's happening in your organization.
Easy exports: Export the data you’re viewing with the click of a button.
Time savings: Fast loading times mean less time waiting and configuring reports.
Consistent experience: The same patterns and layouts across all reports reduce the learning curve when switching between different reporting sections.
Transition plan
We understand that adapting to new reports takes time. Here's our plan for a smooth transition:
Current status: All customers now have access to the new Learning reports. The new Phishing reports are currently available to customers with early release enabled.
Full availability: The new Phishing reports will be available to all customers with the Summer 2025 release in August.
Report replacement: We plan to replace the current reports with the new Learning and Phishing reports at the end of August 2025.
Continued access to legacy reports: You'll maintain access to the legacy reports for a limited time to ensure a smooth transition. We’ll provide links back to the legacy reports from the new reports. Bookmarks to the legacy reports will continue to work.
Legacy retirement: We’ll remove the legacy reports at a later date which will be announced.
CSV downloads and APIs unaffected: CSV available in the Reports > CSV downloads aren’t affected by this change. Data accessed via API is also unaffected.
How to get started
Accessing the new reports is simple:
Learning: After logging in, use the left menu to navigate to Reports > Learning [New]
Phishing: After logging in, use the left menu to navigate to Reports > Phishing [New]
We recommend spending time exploring the new features and familiarizing yourself with the updated metrics. The tooltips throughout the reports will help guide you through the new experience.
