The HRM (Human Risk Management) Events Report provides a comprehensive view of platform activity and user engagement. This report has been redesigned to clearly demonstrate the value CybSafe delivers to your organization by highlighting user engagement metrics and platform automation. Use this report to demonstrate platform ROI, track security engagement trends, and provide stakeholder updates on your organization's human risk management progress.

Quick Start Guide

First time using this report? Here's how to get immediate value:

  • Start with the Overview section to understand your platform's overall activity level.

  • Look for the automation vs. manual events ratio to quantify CybSafe's time-saving impact.

  • Use the Activity Log filters to investigate specific security events or user behaviors.

  • Adjust the date range to compare performance across different time periods.

Accessing the Report

Navigate to the Reports section select "HRM Events" from the menu options.

Report Sections

The HRM Events Report is organized into four main sections:

1. Overview

This section provides a high-level summary of all platform activity, displaying:

  • Total events over the selected time period

  • Comparison between automated events and manual admin events

  • Visual breakdown of event types using pie charts

  • Quick metrics showing user engagement levels

The overview helps you understand the value CybSafe provides through automation, showing how many actions the platform performs automatically compared to manual admin tasks. A healthy ratio typically shows 70-80% automated events, demonstrating significant time savings for your security team.

2. Engagement

This section focuses on user activities within the platform:

  • Total user events.

  • Number of engaged users.

  • Average events per user.

  • Daily engagement trends.

Use this section to monitor how actively your workforce is interacting with security content and features. Higher engagement levels typically indicate stronger security awareness and more effective training outcomes. Look for consistent upward trends in daily engagement as a positive indicator of program effectiveness.

3. Automation

This section highlights everything the platform does automatically:

  • Total automated events.

  • Daily automated events average.

  • Breakdown of automation types (Smart Group updates, nudge emails, automated campaign launches, behavior-based alerts).

  • Timeline of automated activities.

This visualization demonstrates how CybSafe works for you continuously, even when your team isn't actively managing the platform. The automated events include phishing simulation deliveries, learning content assignments, risk score calculations, and behavioral nudges.

4. Activity Log

A detailed, filterable log of all platform events that allows you to:

  • Filter by event type (Platform, Admin, User).

  • Search for specific events or users.

  • View detailed event information including timestamps and user details.

  • Sort by date, frequency, or event type.

  • Export filtered results for further analysis.

The Activity Log is particularly valuable for investigating specific security incidents, tracking individual user journeys, or providing detailed evidence of platform activity for compliance purposes.
