The Nudges & alerts reports allow you to track notification delivery and engagement, providing visibility into nudge and alert performance. The reports include data for nudge and alert campaigns, workflow notifications, and learning campaign notifications.

When we use the term "notification," we are referring to both nudges and alerts. Both use our notification system for scheduling, delivery, and tracking. Read more about the differences between nudges and alerts.

Accessing the reports

Admins and Managers can access the reports by logging in and using the left menu to navigate to Reports > Nudges & alerts.

Key Features

  • Delivery tracking: The reports provide details on notifications sent, delivered, and failed, so you can triage any potential issues.

  • Activity tracking: The reports show how your workforce is responding to received notifications, with clicks or by ignoring them.

  • Campaign breakdown: See how each nudge and alert campaign is performing for both delivery and activity.

  • Overtime graphs: Analyze trends over time, including activity spikes and engagement rates. See overall notification delivery performance at a glance.

  • Learning notification: See how learning notifications perform when used for learning campaign introductions, progress prompts, and completion congratulations.

  • Detail views: View detailed reports by clicking on the table row for campaign, notification, group, and people.
