Introduction

Google Chat is another channel for you to send nudges and alerts to your organisation. It's also available to use in workflows too. This guide covers how to install the app and also how to get started with it.

To install, click install to install for yourself, or alternatively if you're an administrator, you can install for your whole organisation. If you'd like to do this and you aren't an administrator, please ask your google workspace admin to do this.

Step 3

Once the app is installed, you should receive a welcome message by going to GChat. There is no need to add the app to a space.

Step 4

You're now all set up to receive nudges. To try it out go to GUIDE -> Behavior nudges -> Create to create a nudge campaign. In the delivery channel section, select GChat.

Step 5

You will receive the nudge in GChat at the time or event that you scheduled!
