This guide covers customizing email content with the new visual editor.
The multi-language support feature in our phishing email editor allows you to create and customize phishing email in multiple languages to suit the needs of your workforce. This functionality helps streamline the localization process, enabling teams to deliver personalized and language-specific content to their users.

Setting a default language
The set platform language is the default language that users will experience. You can update the default language but must also add the matching business language. Content will default to the default language so best to add the business language, then ensure relevant content is added, and then change the default language.
Log in as an admin and go to Settings > Organization details.
Find the Language option and change to the desired language.
Click Submit at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
Adding supported languages
CybSafe supports numerous languages with our content. To help you avoid creating content in dozens of languages
Log in as an admin and go to Settings > Organization details.
Find the Supported languages for customisation option and select the languages you want to support.
Click Submit at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
Customizing content for each language
See the editing guide for how to create custom emails with the new editor.
Styles are applied to all languages. Content elements, including text, images, subject and preview, are specific to each language.
Create the email in your default language first by adding blocks and setting the desired styling.
Use the language selector to change to the next language. All blocks will be visible in the desired style. Add the localised content for that language.
Click Next. If you have missed any content elements then you’ll see an error with an indicator what needs to be completed.
Complete the email as usual.
Validation and finalizing
Use the preview feature to review the different languages. Use test campaigns to send emails to confirm they display as expected in your email client.
What happens when adding and removing supported languages
Scenario | What happens |
Adding a new language | Content created before a new language will continue to send the default language to people with the new language selected until you edit the email and add content for that language. |
The newly added language appears in the language selector. Missing content errors will guide you on areas that need content. |

Removing a language | The removed language will no longer appear in the editor. Users with this language will receive emails in the default language. |
It is not possible to remove the default language as a business language. |

Leaving content incomplete when editing | The editor will not allow saving until content for all selected languages is complete. |
