The Report library makes finding and managing reports easier. It provides a centralized location to search and favourite reports, making them easily accessible.
Report library pages
The Report library has two main pages: Favorites and All reports. These can be found in the Report library menu link in the Reports area of the admin view.
Favorites page
The Favorites page is a list of all the reports that have been favorited. You can see who favortied the report and the report name. Search for a specific report with the search bar at the top of the table.
Clicking on the report name will take you directly to the report page.
For each favorite report you can view or unfavorite from the action menu in the three dots at the right of the row.
All reports page
The All reports page displays all report pages within the platform, including the custom saved reports. This page has the same functionality as the Favorites page with additional actions available for each report row.
Supported actions for each report are to View, Favorite/Unfavorite and Delete. See below for more details about favoriting, unfavoriting and deleting reports.
Creating new reports
To create new reports, you need to navigate to the All reports page within the Report library. On this page, you'll find a button labeled Create. Clicking on this button will open a form where you can input the URL of the page you want to add, a description of the report, and an option to add the report to your favorites.
Remember that the URL should include https:// as copied from the browser address bar.
After filling out the form, click Add to add the new report to the report library. If you've chosen to add the report to your favorites, it will also appear in your Favorites page.
Favoriting reports
There are two ways to favorite reports. The first is on each report page next to the page title there is a star icon. An outlined star represents an unfavorited page, and a filled in one represents a favorited page.

When favoriting a page that isn't in the report library, additional information in the form of a description is needed from the user.
Unfavoriting reports
To unfavorite a report, navigate to the Favorites page within the Report library. Here, you will see a list of all the reports that have been favorited. Each report has an action menu, represented by three dots at the right end of the row. Click on this menu and select Unfavorite. This will remove the report from your favorites.
You can unfavorite from the All reports page as well. The unfavorite option is only available for reports that are favorited.
Deleting reports
To delete a report, you need to navigate to the All reports page within the Report library. Click on the three dots at the end of the row for the report you want to remove. Click Delete and the report will be removed.
The Delete option is only available for reports you have created. CybSafe default reports can’t be deleted.
Support for date filters
Support for filtered dates is in development. Dates are dropped from saved reports to avoid confusion with how we set dates today.
