Introduction
Organisations may choose to let their users consume aspects of the CybSafe platform through their own pre-existing Learning Management System (LMS). This article will explain how we can support you with this.

CybSafe has the capability for people within organisations to consume some CybSafe content via an organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Only CybSafe training modules are available via the LMS.
People within an organisation can consume CybSafe content in the same way as any other organisation learning content. The detailed user experience can be seen below.
Module data and reporting in the LMS is only available for content accessed through the LMS.
Although content is accessed via the LMS, the content remains hosted by CybSafe on the CybSafe platform, within the CybSafe environment.
Importing content packages into the LMS can only be done using SCORM packages.
Only SCORM 1.2 format is supported.
Organisations must use SSO to access CybSafe.
SCORM files are downloadable from the CybSafe platform by an admin account on your tenant.
CybSafe can enable a feature for users to be automatically assigned modules when accessing via SCORM. This can be enabled upon request. If not enabled, a user must be assigned the modules in CybSafe itself for the SCORM files to work..
User experience
Organisations will be required to upload the SCORM packages to their LMS as a one time activity.
An authenticated user in the LMS system will be able to select a CybSafe module that has been assigned to them in both the LMS and CybSafe (by the administrator, within the CybSafe platform).
This will then launch a pop-up with the CybSafe module content rendered within it. If they are active on SSO, they will automatically be authenticated without any sign-in barrier.
Note: if Google Workspace is in use, then the user will be asked to confirm the account to authenticate with
When accessing CybSafe content via the LMS, the user will only have access to the specific module content and not the rest of the CybSafe platform.
The user can navigate through the CybSafe module and complete the end of module quiz. Upon completing the quiz with 100%, they will reach the completion page and have a button to close the pop-up window.
At this point their completion will be shown within the user’s LMS session and also recorded within the CybSafe platform.
Limitations
Completion will only be recorded in the LMS if modules are completed from the LMS. If a user completes a module whilst using the CybSafe platform (the normal user experience), then completion data will not be recorded in the LMS and the user may need to complete the module again, via the LMS.
For your users to fully benefit most from CybSafe, and all of our features we do recommend they engage directly with the CybSafe platform.
