Configure various settings to do with the CybSafe platform and how it is presented to your people

The Platform settings section of the platform allows you to configure certain features that go to your people in the CybSafe platform.

To come to it, click Settings, then Platform settings. You will come to the below page:

As of now there are two options to toggle for administrators.


Additional user information

This option will toggle your users into a survey where they are asked a few questions about themselves such as their level of seniority in their organisation, how often they make purchases on the internet, and what social media platforms they use.

These surveys are optional for users to take, and their responses help CybSafe understand more about our customers. This information will also available to administrators soon.


Security Heroes leaderboard

Our Security Heroes leaderboard allows administrators to identify security advocates in their organisation by seeing what their security hero score is.

For more information on what the leaderboard is and how it is calculated check out our article on it.

Some administrators may not want this leaderboard on their platform, so we give them the option to turn it off in Platform Settings.
