Alongside the existing “user” and “administrator” roles, CybSafe also has the “manager” role.
Managers are stripped-back administrators who can see summary reports in the admin menu. But the reports they see are only for people in the groups to which they are assigned.
You can make any existing CybSafe user a manager. To do so, navigate to the user’s profile. You can find out how to do so in this article. On this page you will be able to set the user’s “type” as “manager”. You can then select which groups you want the user to manage and see reports for:
When a manager logs in, they see overview reports but only for the groups they are assigned to manage:
Managers can also see “Activity pages” for all users in the groups they manage.
