Accessing Advice reports
Use the left menu to navigate to Reports > Advice
Key features
1. Overview cards
At the top of the Advice Reports page, you'll find an overview of key statistics, including:
Total views: The total number of report views across the platform.
Number of viewers: The total number of unique users who have accessed the reports.
Cards viewed: The number of cards that have been engaged with.
Topics viewed: A breakdown of the topics users have interacted with.
2. Drill-down data
You can dive deeper into specific areas of the reports:
Cards view: Select a card to see detailed information, such as how many people have viewed it, who those viewers are, and their activity.
Topics view: Explore which topics are being viewed most frequently and by whom.
People view: View activity at a user level to understand which users are engaging with specific cards or topics.
