Why things have changed

CybSafe has grown a lot over the past few years. This has made the platform a lot more complex than it was before. We have received feedback and observed that this has made it difficult for people to find what they are looking for. So we are restructuring the platform to make it as easy as possible for people to navigate and get maximum value from.

We are confident that this new structure will make your lives much easier. As with any change though, there will be an initial learning curve. So to make the change as frictionless for you as possible we have laid everything out here.

New navigation structure

1. Submenus, 2. Sections, 3. Pages

1. Submenus, 2. Sections, 3. Pages

Reports

The Reports submenu is where you will find all of the data that measures human cyber-risk in your organisation. They are organised into sections based on what the data is about. For example, all data about knowledge and compliance is under the Learning section.

GUIDE

If you have purchased GUIDE, you will find all of the features and capabilities that it offers in this submenu. To learn more about GUIDE, take a look at this overview.

PHISH

If you have purchased PHISH, you will find all of the features and capabilities that it offers in this submenu. To learn more about PHISH, take a look at this overview.

RESPOND

If you have purchased RESPOND, you will find all of the features and capabilities that it offers in this submenu. To learn more about RESPOND, take at look at this overview.

People

The People section is where you can manage the user accounts on the platform and organise them into groups. Any data about how these users and groups are performing can be found in the relevant report pages.

Integrations

Integrations lets you connect CybSafe to other apps in your tech stack. This will supercharge your ability to measure security behaviours and risk, as well as deliver interventions to your organisation.

Settings

Settings is where you can setup your organisations account information and configure how the platform is presented to all of your users.

Resources

The Resources submenu contains additional links and materials to help you get the most out of CybSafe.
