Your people can use our User messages feature to communicate directly with your company, provide feedback on departmental processes, ask for help and/or give their thoughts on other areas of concern. They can remain anonymous if they wish.

To see what your people have been saying, navigate to the “User messages” page, underneath “GUIDE” on the left hand menu:

You’ll be able to see and reply to User messages.

You can also see if another CybSafe administrator has responded to a query already, and what they wrote.

You can mark the user messages as read to indicate that the insight requires no further action.

Every time users communicate using this feature CybSafe recognises a positive security behaviour occurs. Usage of the feature will track the following security behaviours:

  • SB014 Asks security professionals for help with security issues

  • SB013 Reports known or suspected security incidents

  • SB056 Highlights security controls that prevent or disrupt ability to work sensibly

Those are also available to be used in our Workflows feature.

User messages digest email

CybSafe can send an email to the administrator(s) of your account that details all user messages that have yet to have a response, be read, or are not yet archived.

This email, when toggled on, will be sent every week and include a full list of user messages that have not been actioned.

To toggle the email on or off, come to GUIDE > Culture on the administrator menu. You will find the toggle for the email here.
