Who this is for: organisation admins who use Iru to manage Mac devices.
What CybSafe receives from Iru
CybSafe collects the macOS update status of devices in Iru that have a user email address. It records this against the security behaviour SB024 Keeps software up-to-date:
Operating system is up to date: a positive event, recorded once each time the device is updated.
Operating system is outdated: a negative event, recorded each day the device is out of date.
What you'll need
Your Iru base URL
An Iru API key
Connect Iru
Select Integrations in the side menu, then select Iru.
Select Add connection.
Enter your Base URL and Api Key, then select Submit.
The connection shows as Configuring while CybSafe checks it. It then shows Active, or Failed if CybSafe couldn't connect.
When data appears
CybSafe collects data from Iru once a day, at 04:00 UTC. Events appear shortly after the first collection that follows setup. To see them, open Iru and select the Security behaviours tab.
If the status shows Failed
Check that the base URL is correct and that the API key is valid.
