The 'People' page lists all the users in your organisation- whether they have been imported via SCIM, or via CSV.
From here you can filter, add users, and download the user list.

What is the difference between the "Logged in" status and "Onboarded" status in the platform?
When a user is added to the Platform, depending on the setup in 'Learning Settings', they may or may not receive an invite.
Onboarded means they successfully logged in and completed all onboarding activities i.e. initial assessment.
The flow of a user is as follows:
Not invited → Invited → Logged in → Onboarded
Not invited = No invite sent
Invited = Invite sent but person hasn’t logged in
Logged in = Logged in but hasn’t finished the initial assessment
Onboarded = All of the above (logged on, and finished the initial assessment)
