Phishing campaign mass management allows MSPs to efficiently roll out phishing campaigns to multiple customers simultaneously.

This guide only covers the mass management feature. See this article for more detail about the rest of the flow to setup a phishing campaign.

In addition to the audience filters, mass management adds the ability to select customers and then add specific audience filters per customer.

Mass management is available on your MSP account only. You can still use delegated access to directly manage your customers’ campaigns.

Organization selection

After naming your campaign on the Configuration screen you can select the organizations you want to receive phishing emails.

The Organizations screen shows your customers. Either select all or specific customers.

Selecting no customers on this screen will then target the users in your MSP account.

Audience selection

The next step is to select the audience you want to target. The mass management audience filters work the same way as the single management campaign filters. The difference is the ability to set filters for each customer selected in the previous step, as well as the global filter that will apply to all.

Group filters are only available in the customer filters drop down.

Selecting no filters will target all users.

Customer filters add to the global filters. For example, if you have a global filter for less than 100% learning progress and a customer filter for the Finance group, then only users in the Finance group of that customer with less than 100% learning progress would be targeted.

Schedule and content selection

Schedule and content selections will apply for all targeted users.
